There are currently NO available 2 meter pairs in the Kansas City metro area. We will be establishing a waiting list for these requests soon.

KARC will no longer be issuing long-term coordinations for “portable” or “event” repeaters. Repeater coordinations are only issued for permanently installed repeaters that are on the air 24/7.

KARC is now using RepeaterBook as the official public listing of coordinated repeaters in Kansas. We are no longer maintaining our own web listing of repeater information due to scraping of data by certain non-profit and for-profit entities.

Note: If you do not see your repeater listed in RepeaterBook with a Kansas Amateur Repeater Council stamp, it is NOT a coordinated machine in Kansas. We will de-coordinate repeaters that have been off the air more than 180 days unless the Trustee notifies us of ongoing maintenance. Repeaters that are offline due to an ongoing maintenance will be shown as such on RepeaterBook, and we will periodically check in on the progress of maintenance. If you have any concerns, please email the Frequency Coordinator right away.
